1. No Refund Policy
   HHH Collections holds a No Refund policy, except in cases of defective products.

2. Exchange Policy

   • No exchange is allowed on items purchased at a 50% discount.
   • All claims for defective products must be approved by HHH Collections. Approved claims will be processed within 14 working days. Once accepted, you may select another article of equal value from the website.
   • Summer stock can only be exchanged with Summer items, and Winter stock can only be exchanged with Winter items.
   • Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
   • Tags and labels must be intact for an exchange to be processed.

3. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • Customers must bear the shipping costs for returning items.

4. Color Disclaimer

   • Colors may vary slightly in terms of brightness and contrast due to screen resolution and settings.
   • In such cases, exchange requests may not be entertained.
